The Department of Labour has prepared three overview papers covering key elements of the Pay and Employment Equity Plan of Action 2004-2009.

They are:

1. Public sector pay and employment equity reviews overview paper
2. Pay and employment equity reviews – models and operation overview
3. Equitable Job Evaluation project report.

The papers cover the background, development, implementation and outcomes of the pay and employment equity review tools and process, and of the Equitable Job Evaluation tools and process.
